Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. An adult signature is required at time of delivery. Consumable alcohol deliveries will require the valid drivers license of the person signing for the package of a person at least 21 years of age (no exceptions).

2. You are stating that you are in compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding the products you have purchased today and will agree to hold PremiumHG.com and its affiliate companies and agents harmless for any liability as a result of your possession, shipment, or use of a PHG - PremiumHG.com product(s).

3. You agree to hold PremiumHG.com and its affiliate companies, employees, and agents harmless for any product damage due to product use, shipment, misuse, or abuse and/or property damage and/or personal injury and/or death as a result of recommendations, suggestions, or any communication between PremiumHG.com its employees or affiliates companies and/or due to the use, misuse, and/or possession of any PHG - PremiumHG.com product(s).

4. Products used in any way and/or missing any manufacturers packaging are not returnable or refundable.

5. Use of a PremiumHG.com product waves all rights of refund.

6. In additon to these terms and conditions of sale, you agree to PremiumHG.com return policy, Terms and Conditions of Use, and Shipping Policy.

Return Policy

Whether your purchase was incorrect or not up to your expectations, disappointed after receiving, or was clearly defective before use, PremiumHG.com will do its best to make the order right.

All returns are subject to the following general terms and conditions:

1. All products must be returned un-used in the undamaged original’s manufacturer packaging and all included accessories.

2. By law all Hygienic and/or personal grooming products such as razors, barber scissors, nail clippers, manicure, pedicure, are not returnable if opened or used.

3. Bath & body products or considered final sale and are not returnable.

4. By law all consumable alcohol (beer, wine, liquor) is considered final sale and are not returnable unless the goods were purchased in error.

5. All products must include either an original or a photocopy of the PremiumHG.com customer invoice.

6. Shipping, handling and return shipping charges are not refundable.

7. Special Orders and Custom or engraved orders are not returnable. Defective custom or engraved product claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer.

8. Defective items or items damaged due to manufacturer defect, use, or misuse must be returned directly to the manufacturer. See Manufacture contact information.

9. Product and packaging must be un-used, un-damaged, and in new condition.

10. Orders must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

11. All damage claims must be made within 5 days of the delivery of the order or the customer must handle the damage claim with the shipper (FedEx.com).

12. PremiumHG.com does reserve the right to modify its return policy at any time and refuse return of a product if abuse of the product is apparent.

13. All returns must be be clearly marked on package with an RA# (Return Authorization #), PHG PremiumHG.com cannot guarantee the credit of returns which do not adhere to our specified return instructions or include and RA#.

Additional Terms and Conditions of Return -

Incorrect product or Unused products Not up to your expectations
PremiumHG.com tracks and quality checks every order shipped to ensure that you receive the product(s) that you ordered. Should you have a problem with a incorrect shipment or are unhappy with the product(s) you ordered prior to use of the product(s), contact us immediately within 5 days of delivery to arrange for a product replacement or exchange. New product returns must be accompanied by a RA (Return Authorization Number). Returns are subject to inspection and approval once the return is received by PremiumHG.com. All returns subject to the PremiumHG.com Return Policy.

New Products - Never Used - Clearly defective before use - Warranty Claims
PremiumHG.com quality checks every order prior to shipment to ensure that you receive quality, non-defective merchandise, and a correctly shipped order. But we realize that occasionally we may miss a flaw or defect in a product during our inspection process. If you receive a product from us that is defective prior to use, contact us immediately and request a RA# within 5 days of Delivery to arrange for a product replacement or exchange. Defective products will be replaced after we receive the return of the defective product and complete inspection. New product returns must be accompanied by a RA (Return Authorization Number) - contact us. Returns are subject to inspection and approval once the return is received by PremiumHG.com. Standard insured ground or USPS return shipping charges are refundable for products that are defective prior to use, returns via higher rate Express or Air will not be refundable. All returns subject to the PremiumHG.com Return Policy.

Used Products and/or Over 30 Days Old
PremiumHG.com is not a manufacturer and cannot process any warranty claims or returns for any manufacturers' products which have been used in any way or were purchased more than 30 days ago. We understand that a defect may not become apparent until use, or you simply may not like it after use, however any products that have been used in any way or were purchased more than 30 days ago must be returned directly to the manufacturer under the factory warranty. If your product has been used in any way or has been purchased more than 30 days ago, manufacturer warranties apply. 

Due to our agreements with our vendors we can only supply manufacturer contact information for orders in our system and are unable to assist with other outside inquires.  Please contact us to request warranty and return information for the manufacturer.

NOTE - Use and/or wear, dis-assembly, abuse, misuse, or failure to adhere to manufacturers care/use instructions of product(s) is not covered under PremiumHG.com Defective Products Return Policy. All products returned to PremiumHG.com that were not purchased from PremiumHG.com, are not in new condition and/or were purchased from PremiumHG.com more than 30 ago will be returned to sender postage due. PremiumHG.com will not be responsible for the lost of these items. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Advantage Pricing

We know that one of the reasons people shop online is because it is convenient, you can shop whenever you want regardless of the time and even in your pajamas, and most importantly you don’t have go from store to store shopping for the best deal. We at PremiumHG.com believe that you should not have to pay "premium pricing" for this convenience, which is why we have introduced Premium Knives Advantage Pricing.

PremiumHG.com Advantage Pricing means that our prices reflect and pass along to you any "special" or preferential pricing we receive on the purchase of our products.

International Risk of Loss
All items purchased from PremiumHG.com for international shipment are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. All International shipments will be charged, at a minimum, delivery charges regardless of whether the package was accepted at its final destination.
