PHG Celebrates with Expansion During its Second Year in a New Warehouse Facility.

March, 14, 2006 - In 2004 PHG moved from it's old market location and expanded to a new warehouse office building on 118th and Harrison Streets in the I-80 Gateway Business Park.  "Our online and direct marketing sales growth was simply outpacing our downtown location's capacity." said Aimee Arnold, owner and President PHG.  "Our new state of the art warehouse is over three times the size of our downtown location and has allowed use to grow as our sales demand has dictated over the last two years.  However, during the 2005 holiday sales rush the space still felt cramped and slightly impaired our ability to quickly process shipments... as a result  we exercised an expansion option in our facility contract and acquired additional space this year. We now have the additional room required until our next phase in sales growth.", said Aimee. 

"Unlike our Old Market location, the new facility features state of the art voice and data technology, including a VOIP (voice over IP/network) phone system for decreased cost and increase flexibility in call handling and even options for remote telesales staff or simplified call center outsourcing options as the company grows.  The technology is great, but in a very funny way the little things such as having a truck loading dock, extra room, improved space utilization, and offices, have made the largest difference in increased productivity."  said VP of Sales/Operations, Anthony Arnold.
